Go to the Top up page, enter the German Ortel Mobile number you want to recharge in the +49 format, and choose an amount of 15 €, 25 €, 35 € or 50 €. Check the details on the summary, then pay securely with your card. Once the request is processed, we send a confirmation to the email address you provided. The whole process usually takes under a minute.
Most top-ups are processed quickly after a successful payment, often within a few minutes. The exact time can depend on the payment step and on network processing, so in some cases it may take a little longer. As soon as the top-up request has been processed on our side, you receive an email confirmation. If you have not seen any credit or confirmation after a reasonable time, please contact support and we will look into it.
We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa and Mastercard. You enter your card details on the secure payment step, and the transaction is completed over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
You can choose a fixed top-up value of 15 €, 25 €, 35 € or 50 €. If a service charge applies to a transaction, it is always shown clearly before you confirm and pay — you will never be charged an amount you have not seen first. The available amounts on the Top up page are the values you can select.
First, check your email for a confirmation, and allow a little time in case processing is still in progress. If a payment was declined, no charge should be completed and you can simply try again. If an amount was taken but you did not receive a top-up or confirmation, please contact our support team with the mobile number, the amount and the approximate time of the transaction. We will review it and put things right — either by completing the top-up or arranging a refund.
Yes. Connections to our site are encrypted, and card details are entered on a secure payment step handled over an encrypted channel. We do not store full card numbers on our website, and we only collect the information needed to process and confirm your top-up. You can read more on our Security and Privacy pages.
If a top-up could not be completed — for example, because of a technical issue or an amount taken without credit being applied — please contact support and we will arrange a refund or complete the top-up, whichever you prefer. Because a successfully applied top-up cannot usually be reversed, please double-check the mobile number before you pay. Full details are on our Refund page.

We support top-ups for German Ortel Mobile prepaid mobile numbers. Enter the number in the +49 format on the Top up page. If a number is not recognised as an Ortel Mobile prepaid number, the top-up cannot be completed — please double-check the digits and try again, or contact support if you need help.
No account is required. You can top up as a guest: just enter the mobile number, choose an amount, add your email for the confirmation, and pay. We only ask for the details needed to complete and confirm your top-up.
